After an academic training in Private Law at Assas and in Organisational Management at Sciences Po Paris, I have 15 years of experience in Human Resources, first specialising in recruitment and headhunting, then as HR Director.

I decided to join OMS & Co. at the end of 2024, convinced of the fact that OMS Search is a highly relevant alternative to the large headhunting firms, thanks to the strength of its network and its high-level positioning in independent consultancy and interim management.

Outside the office? I’ve always been a mountain person! I love watching our three children take to the summits, and going on long hikes with them, particularly in the Dolomites in the summer.
