In the context of a leading luxury group’s transition to Retail/DTC projects, OMS designed and delivered a training program called ‘Luxury Safari’ for their teams.

Objective

A full day of exploring how consumers emotionally connect to a luxury experience, deepening our understanding of how we can deliver excellence in every steps.

Results Achieved

Feedbacks from participants over the three days were extremely positive, leading to the launch of additional follow-up training sessions.
