The UK branch of a major player within the luxury sector needed support in overseeing multiple projects spanning logistics, e-commerce and real-estate, along with support drafting their 5-year strategy.

  • Supported the brand to overcome operational and strategic challenges
  • Drafted roadmaps for future planning

  • Reported to the senior leadership including CEO, CFO and Retail directors

  1. Successfully led and managed the move of the logistical operations to a 3PL
  2. Successfully managed the move of the call center operations of the brand from France to the UK
  3. Developed the roadmap for the e-com launch in the UK
  4. Supported the opening of a new showroom in the UK
  5. Supported senior management to develop the 5-year strategy of the brand
