The UK branch of a major player within the luxury sector needed support in overseeing multiple projects spanning logistics, e-commerce and real-estate, along with support drafting their 5-year strategy.

Drafted roadmaps for future planning

Successfully led and managed the move of the logistical operations to a 3PL
Successfully managed the move of the call center operations of the brand from France to the UK
Developed the roadmap for the e-com launch in the UK
Supported the opening of a new showroom in the UK
Supported senior management to develop the 5-year strategy of the brand
