Charles Cocagne

After graduating from EM Lyon in 2005, I worked as a strategy consultant for more than 7 years, specialising in industry and B2B services, where my assignments were often close to the ground. I then held marketing, strategy and business development management positions at SAFRAN, then ATEXIS (a subsidiary of ALTEN), where I managed transformation and (re)structuring projects. I also co-founded an innovative start-up focusing on sports activities on the Seine (the Seine Club!). Now a Partner at OMS & Co, I support managers in their complex projects and their development. My key skills include defining development strategies and optimising organisations and their key processes. I also have expertise in managing international projects and implementing high-impact growth plans in demanding environments.

Dad of a little girl named Flore, I’m passionate about sport, always up for a trail run or a bike ride, and I’m very involved with MSCS, an association I co-founded to promote sport and education among young people.
